Context
The site is located on a wadi trail,
leading from the old city center to the fields
north of the city. In the site there is a eucalyptus grove
that has a great importance in the city's life and heritage.
Concept
The plan is based on the creation of a central public square
linking the main public buildings in the area, a central park
which connects old and new neighborhoods, a street leading
to the education buildings, and a path to the eucalyptus grove.
The plan aims to create a city center in the north of the city,
and to strengthen the connection between
the new northern center and the old.
